Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary methods or member-only materials
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Syndicate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or any betting decisions made based on our signals or analysis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Syndicate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
